What is the difference between the Standard and Premium package?
The Standard package offers a beautiful magical story, cinematically illustrated and visually inspired by the child's photo. The Premium package, on the other hand, is a top-tier experience where the character maintains advanced visual consistency and facial features much closer to your child's throughout the entire adventure.
How long does it take to receive the book?
Magic happens in just a few minutes for the Standard package. For the Premium package, because we weave advanced visual consistency and cinematic details, the process takes a little more time, but the wait is totally worth it!
How are my child's photos protected?
With utmost care! Your child's photos and stories remain completely private. No one can see your adventures, and the data is kept secure and protected. We don't use photos for ads and they will never end up in public spaces. The magic created for your child remains theirs alone!
Who can see my child's stories?
Only you and your family. The stories, images, and filled details are not public and are not accessible to other users. The universe created for your child remains a private and safe space.
How many photos do I need to upload?
Just one clear photo is enough to start the magic! Just make sure it is well lit, without sunglasses or other accessories hiding their beautiful face.
What kind of photos work best?
Portraits where the child looks directly at the camera, with a natural smile and good lighting, bring the most spectacular results. Clear and recent images are the secret to a perfectly shaped hero!
Does the child appear as the main character in the illustrations?

Can I create stories for siblings or multiple children together?
Currently, each magic book has a single main hero to ensure attention and details are perfectly focused on them. But you can create as many separate stories as you want for each child!
Can I create multiple adventures for the same child?
Definitely! Once the hero has been created (especially with the Premium package where the character remains securely saved), you can send them on countless other adventures, building a whole library of stories.
Does the book work on phones and tablets?
Yes! Our magic E-Reader is perfectly optimized to be read together with the little one directly from the phone, tablet or laptop, right before bedtime.
Can I download and print the book at home?
Absolutely. You will receive a high-resolution PDF format, specially prepared to be printed at the quality of a real storybook.
