It is the reason we make every decision the way we do — from the moment you upload your first photo to the moment your book is delivered, and every moment after.
Your Photos
Used for one purpose only
Where they go
The photos you share are used exclusively to create the illustrations for your child's book. Nothing else. Nowhere else.
How long they are kept
Once the artistic portrait of your child has been crafted and the illustrations are complete, the original photos are permanently and automatically deleted from our systems.
What remains
Only the finished illustrations — which belong entirely to you.
Who sees them
No third party ever has access to your child's photos. They are never shared, sold, or used for any purpose beyond creating your book.

Right to erasure
You may request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, directly from your account settings. This process is permanent, irreversible, and executed with care.
Financial records
Retained only as legally required under EU regulations. But all personal information, including your child's name and all story details, is removed entirely.

Payment handled by Stripe
Your payment is handled entirely by Stripe — one of the world's most trusted financial platforms, used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never see your card details. We never store them.
Encrypted account access
Your account is protected by a secure, encrypted login system. If you ever notice unexpected activity, contact us immediately at hello@eroulmeu.ro.
