Yes. English is available as well. When filling in the questionnaire, you may select your preferred language for the story. The entire book — narrative, chapter titles, and captions — will be written in that language.

My child is very young. Is there an appropriate story for their age?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We tailor the complexity, vocabulary, and emotional arc of every story to your child's specific age. A book for a three-year-old and a book for a ten-year-old, while both magical, are entirely different experiences.

Question 3

Can I make changes to the story after it has been created?

Accepted Answer

The story is crafted as a complete, intentional work rather than an editable document. If there is something meaningfully wrong — a misspelled name, a detail that does not reflect your child — please contact us and we will make it right.

Question 4

My child's name has a special character or diacritic. Will it be spelled correctly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Please enter the name exactly as it should appear — including any accents or special characters — and we will preserve it precisely throughout the story and all illustrations.

What if I am not happy with the illustrations?

Accepted Answer

We want every parent to be moved when they open their child's book. If the illustrations do not feel true to your child, please reach out. We will review the photos you shared and the portrait that was created, and work with you to find a resolution. In some cases, we may offer a complimentary regeneration.

Is the premium option worth it?

The premium experience offers a deeper layer of facial consistency across all illustrations — meaning your child's likeness is rendered with extraordinary precision on every single page. For many parents, this is the version that brings tears. We will leave that decision to your heart.

Can I download the book as a PDF?

Yes. A beautifully formatted PDF version of your complete book is available from your account at any time. This version is designed for printing, for reading on any screen, and for sharing with the people who love your child.

Can I create more than one book for the same child?

Yes. Each story is a new adventure — a new chapter in your child's life as a hero. Many families create a new book for each birthday, each milestone, each season of childhood. These books, collected over time, become something truly rare: a record of who your child was, year by year.

Can I create a book for twins or siblings who will share it?

We create one personalised hero per book, so that every illustration, every scene, and every sentence feels like it belongs entirely to that child. For twins or siblings, we recommend creating a separate book for each. Neither child should have to share their spotlight.

Can I give this as a gift?

Accepted Answer

It is one of the most beautiful gifts imaginable. You can create a book on behalf of another child by filling in the questionnaire with their details and photos. We recommend coordinating with the parents first — to gather the right photos, and to explain what is being made. They will understand the moment you tell them.

I haven't received my email notification. What should I do?

Please first check your spam or promotions folder — occasionally, magical things get sorted into the wrong pile. If it is not there, log in to your account and visit My Library. Your book may already be waiting for you. If you are still unable to find it, contact us at hello@eroulmeu.ro and we will locate it immediately.

How long does the book take to create?

Most books are completed within 15 to 30 minutes of your order being confirmed. During busier periods, this may extend slightly — but we will always notify you by email the moment it is ready.
