1. Protecting Your Data
At Obswim Club SRL and "Tale of My Hero", the privacy of your family's data is our absolute priority. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
2. Photos and Artificial Intelligence
When you upload photos of your child, they are used exclusively to generate the illustrations for your story. We do not and will never use your photos to train public AI models or for general commercial purposes.
The facial models created are temporary and are automatically and irrevocably deleted from our systems after 30 days.
3. Personal Data
We collect names and contact details (email) to deliver your story, create a secure account for you, and process payments. Payments are outsourced to Stripe, so we do not have access to and do not retain your bank details.
4. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to request the complete deletion of your account, your data, and all generated books from our database. You can contact us by phone or email to exercise this right.
