Once your order is confirmed, the creation process begins — quietly, carefully, with complete attention to your child's story. You do not need to do anything. You do not need to stay online. You do not need to watch a progress bar.
We will find you when it is ready.
How Long Does It Take?
15 – 30
minutes
Most books are completed and delivered within 15 to 30 minutes of your order being confirmed. During busier periods, this may extend slightly.
Close the browser. Go for a walk. Make a cup of tea. The book will be waiting when you return.
The Email
You will receive an email when it is ready
The notification will arrive at the email address you provided. It will contain a direct link to your child's completed book, ready to read together.

Visit your account and navigate to My Library. A live progress indicator shows you exactly which stage the creation is in.
